How much does it cost?
It’s FREE!
If I signed up last year how does my information carry over?
We will have your information on file; the first event you check-in at will reactivate your membership to start earning rewards for the new year.
How do I get my FREE Jack Pack shirt?
You get your FREE shirt when you check-in at your second event.
Where can I get additional Jack Pack merchandise?
You can purchase items at the NAU Bookstore or at the Jack Pack check-in table.
How do I win the top three prizes?
You earn a point for every event you attend during the year. The top three point earners win the grand prizes.
If I am required to be at the event for work, am I eligible for the grand prize?
No but you are eligible for the event giveaways and coupons.
How do I earn giveaways and coupons?
Just check-in at every event and you will receive a coupon and/or giveaway.
When am I supposed to wear my Jack Pack shirt and gear?
To every event and around campus to show your Jack Pack pride.
Does the Jack Pack have special events and activities?
There are Jack Pack tailgate parties at select football games where we serve food and fun while you hang out with your friends before the game. Always check the Jack Pack website and your emails to find out about other up-coming Jack Pack events.
